I got a mail from a web design and development company based in jaipur – INDIA. They are recruiting candidates in the below categories A B C & D for onsite work.

Here, I tell u the reason why i blogged this content here. From this categories you can check what is your skill level , what are the skills you required and where do you need to concentrate in the future.

My category is “B“. But i am only 50% eligible of this category.

So dear Ami’s check your skill level and enhance it.

Important Note: Every one of you need a good portfolio website, to update your good work samples. Because your portfolio will introduce about you to anyone by itself, while you sleeping.

A. LAYOUT DESIGNER AND GRAPHIC ARTIST

• Excellent in creating Photoshop layouts
• Ability to create WordPress themes
• Web 2.0 sensiblity.
• Tell us what else you know.

B. FRONT END CODER

• Excellent in Xhtml  CSS, Javascript.Ability to slice the design in w3c validated tableless pages.
• Integrating the xhtml pages into WordPress CMS
• Ability to integrate jquery and other web 2.0 scripts like accordion, tooltips, sliders, tabs, lightbox, thickbox, css menus etc.
• Knowledge of Joomla and Drupal would be preferred.

C. PHP PROGRAMMER

• Knowledge of xhtml and css
• Excellent in Core and OOPs based Php programming skills.
• Ability to customize open source scripts like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento etc.
• Knowledge of Smarty and frameworks like Cakephp / codeigniter will be preferred.

D. TEAM LEADER

Any candidate that have excellent project management skills with outstanding written and verbal communication in combination of any of the above positions (A, B or C) will be considered.  For applying to this position, you must clearly define to which position out of A , B or C you are apply.
